Pumpking is a mini-boss that spawns during the Pumpkin Moon event in the fantastic Terraria game. Its pumpkin-headed creature with a dark purple cape is the final enemy in that event, which can easily travel through blocks. Pumpking's hands cannot take damage from players close by, but they are suitable for long-range combat, using a large scythe instead of each of its arms, which periodically fires some projectiles. After killing this creature, a player can collect the items which Pumpking drops. One of those is The Horseman's Blade, a striking orange sword that helps defeat enemies more effectively.
